What we collect
When you create an Acquis account (during the connector authorization flow) we store your email address and a salted scrypt hash of your password — never the password itself. While you use the service we store daily tool-call counters (tool name and count per day) for rate limiting, and your subscription state. We do not store the content of your conversations with your AI assistant; tool queries are processed to answer them and are not retained as conversation logs.
What we never collect
Payment card data (handled entirely by Stripe), your Claude account credentials, your conversations, or any tracking/advertising identifiers. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
Processors and transfers
Infrastructure: Hetzner Online GmbH (servers in the EU, Falkenstein, Germany). Payments: Stripe, Inc. (subscription billing; we receive subscription status and customer identifiers, never card numbers). We share data with no one else and we do not sell it.
Retention and your rights
Account data is kept while your account exists; usage counters are operational data kept up to 12 months. Email capy@capybaralabs.tech to access, correct, export or delete your data — deletion removes your account, tokens and counters (Stripe retains invoicing records as required by tax law). You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
The corpus
The legal texts Acquis serves are public Union law from EUR-Lex (© European Union, reuse permitted under Decision 2011/833/EU) and contain no personal data of yours.
